    Posizionare il metro nel punto in cui l’atleta usa tenere l’elastico dei pantaloni e prendere la misura dell’intera circonferenza della vita stando attenti a mantenere il metro parallelo a terra.

    2. Misurazione gamba esterna

    Posizionare il metro nel punto in cui l’atleta usa tenere l’elastico dei pantaloni e misurare la lunghezza a partire da quel punto fino ad arrivare a terra, correndo su tutto l’esterno della gamba.

    HOW TO MEASURE

    The following size chart has been created to make sure you take the athlete’s measurements carefully and be sure to order the correct size product. The measurements shown in the table are in CENTIMETERS.

    1. Waist measurement

    Place the tape measure at the point where the athlete uses to hold the elastic of the pants and take the measurement of the entire circumference of life being careful to keep the tape parallel to the ground.

    2. External leg measurement

    Place the tape measure at the point where the athlete uses to hold the elastic of the trousers and measure the length from that point until it reaches the ground, running over the entire outside of the leg.
