    COME MISURARE

    La seguente tabella taglie è stata creata per essere certi di prendere accuratamente le misurazioni dell’atleta ed essere sicuri di ordinare il prodotto della taglia corretta. Le misure indicate nella tabella sono in CENTIMETRI.

    1. Misurazione vita

    Posizionare il metro all’altezza del punto più stretto della vita e misurarne la circonferenza stando attenti a mantenere il metro parallelo al pavimento.

    2. Misurazione fianchi

    Posizionare il metro esattamente all’altezza delle anche e prenderne la misura dell’intera circonferenza stando attenti a mantenere il metro parallelo a terra.

    3. Misurazione torace

    Posizionare il metro all’altezza del torace dell’atleta e prenderne la misura dell’intera circonferenza mentre l’atleta mantiene le braccia lungo i fianchi. Assicurarsi di mantenere il metro parallelo a terra.

    4. Misurazione uovo

    Prendere la misura dell’uovo posizionando il metro dal centro della spalla, facendolo scorrere per il torso e passandolo tra le gambe fino a tornare alla spalla. Questa è la misura più importante per definire la taglia del body.

    HOW TO MEASURE

    The following size chart has been created to make sure you take the athlete’s measurements carefully and be sure to order the correct size product. The measurements shown in the table are in CENTIMETERS.

    1. Waist measurement

    Place the measuring tape at the height of the narrowest point of the waist and measure its circumference being careful to keep the tape parallel to the floor.

    2. Hip measurement

    Place the measuring tape exactly at the height of the hips and take the measurement of the entire circumference being careful to keep the meter parallel to the ground.

    3. Chest measurement

    Place the tape measure at the height of the athlete’s chest and measure the entire circumference while the athlete holds his arms at his sides. Be sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground.

    4. Torso measurement

    Take the measure of the torso by placing the tape measure from the center of the shoulder, making it slide through the torso and passing it between the legs until it returns to the shoulder. This is the most important measure to define the size of the body.
