Shipping Delivery and Returns
Times and Costs
ITALY
All our orders are expected to take approximately 1 or 3 days to process.
Once the package has been shipped, delivery takes place within 3 working days.
During the Christmas period, processing times of up to 7 days may occur.
For all orders over €100, shipping to Italy will be included and free.
EUROPE AND WORLD
We ship to all countries in the European Union, and not only!
For countries outside the European Union, extra customs costs may apply.
Delivery times and shipping prices change based on the country selected.
Shipping with Couriers
The transport of our deliveries in Italy is entrusted to the Bartolini or GLS couriers, while for abroad we rely on UPS.
Before delivery, the courier will send an email with the tracking code to monitor the shipment.
Shipments are entrusted to express couriers from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 (weekdays).
Telephone notices are not foreseen by the courier. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where there is ALWAYS a person available to collect the package.
Returns
To make a RETURN, the customer must send the package at his own expense to this address:

As soon as we receive the package, the refund will be issued on the same payment method used to place the order, and the customer will receive it within a few days.
Size Change
To make a SIZE CHANGE, the customer must send the package at his own expense to this address:

As soon as we receive the package, the customer will receive an email containing a discount code for the value of the item to be changed, which the customer must use to place the new order of the desired size, thus paying only the shipping costs.
Once the new order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped according to our regular timing.
