SHIPPING WITH COURIER

Our deliveries in Italy are handled by Poste Italiane or GLS.
For orders outside of Italy, deliveries are handled by UPS.
Deliveries are made by express couriers from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00.
Before delivery, the courier will e-mail the customer with the package’s tracking code.
There are NO prior phone announcements by the courier. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where there is always someone available to collect the package.

RETURNS

To RETURN an order, the customer will have to send the package at their own expenses, to the following address:

As soon as we receive the package, we will issue the refund on the same payment method used by the customer to make their order. The customer will receive it within a few days.

SIZE CHANGES

For SIZE CHANGES, the customer will have to send the package at their own expenses, to the following address:

As soon as we receive the package, the customer will receive an e-mail with a discount code of the same amount as the item returned. The customer will have to use the code to place a new order with the correct item size.
Once the new order is placed, it will be processed and shipped according to our regular times.
